  • WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME WHEN I MAKE AN ENQUIRY?
    Whether you know exactly what you would like for your space, or you would like our guidance in delivering a design specification which will maximise the use of the available space, providing the following along with your initial enquiry helps us to speed up initial contact: Measurements of the space: We can provide a PDF guide on how to take efficient measurements. Don't worry if you're not fully confident in the measurements you have provided; we only use this as a guideline for providing an initial quote and design brief. Final measurements are taken when we attend the site for our survey, which happens further in the enquiry process. For a full breakdown on our enquiry process, please visit our How it Works page. Images of the space: This helps us visualise the space and have a better understanding of what is achievable.   • WHAT AREAS DO YOU COVER?
    Impetus Garden Rooms are available for installation throughout the North West. Clients are typically located in the following areas: Greater Manchester; Warrington; Bolton; Bury; Wigan; Saint Helens; Liverpool; Lancaster; Cheshire. We generally offer our services within around a 30 mile radius of Wigan, where we are based.
  • WHAT ARE YOUR LEAD TIMES?
    When I am interested in ordering bespoke furniture from your company, how long will it take? Our lead times vary across our product range; as we are a small business, we have other variables, such as the current volume in our order book. We do, however, aim to provide a guideline installation date within around 6-8 weeks of your order being confirmed and signed off.
  • HOW DO YOU REMAIN COMPETETIVE ON PRICING?
    Due to the size and structure of our business we have streamlined our supply chain and modified our manufacturing process' to ensure we can provide our customers with the most competetive pricing for bespoke garden rooms on a reasonable budget. No projects are exactly the same, so pricing will always vary based on different makers. We have however, through speaking to our customers uncovered that our prices almost always beat the price offered by other handmade furniture makers.
